Standard Taxi Bookings

Party & Wedding Rentals

Note: For party rentals, the advance booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled after decoration has been prepared.
Airport Transfer
- Free cancellation up to 6 hours before scheduled pickup
- 50% refund for cancellation between 2-6 hours before pickup
- No refund for cancellation less than 2 hours before pickup
- If flight is delayed, we wait for 60 minutes free. After that, waiting charges apply.
Hourly Rental
- Free cancellation up to 4 hours before booking start
- 50% refund for cancellation between 1-4 hours before
- No refund for cancellation less than 1 hour before
Modification Policy
- Free modification of date/time up to 24 hours before original booking time
- Change in destination/route may affect pricing
- Vehicle change subject to availability; price difference may apply
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be made via original payment method
- Bank transaction charges (if any) will be deducted from refund amount
- For cash bookings, refund will be via bank transfer or cheque
Exceptions
- Natural Calamities: Full refund if government issues travel ban
- Medical Emergency: 90% refund with valid medical certificate
- Vehicle Breakdown: Full refund if alternative vehicle not provided within 2 hours
- Customer Misbehavior: No refund if trip terminated due to customer misconduct
