1. Booking & Payment
- Booking confirmation requires an advance payment of 20-50% depending on the trip duration.
- Balance payment must be made before or at the end of the journey.
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- For party rentals, full payment is required 3 days before the event.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 7+ days before travel: 90% refund
- Cancellation 3-7 days before travel: 50% refund
- Cancellation 24-72 hours before travel: 25% refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund
- For party rentals, cancellation 15+ days before event: 75% refund
- Party rentals cancelled within 7 days: No refund
3. Driver & Vehicle Policies
- Driver allowances: For outstation trips, customer provides driver meals and accommodation.
- Driver duty hours: Maximum 12 hours per day including breaks. Extra charges apply beyond 12 hours.
- Night charges (11 PM - 6 AM): Additional 25% of the fare.
- Waiting charges: Free waiting for 30 minutes, then ₹100 per 30 minutes.
- Vehicle replacement: In case of breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle ASAP.
4. Extra Charges
- Toll taxes, parking fees, state taxes are extra as applicable.
- GST 5% applicable on all bookings.
- Decoration charges for party vehicles are extra based on requirements.
- Interstate permit charges: ₹500-2000 depending on destination.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Carry valid ID proof (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver's License).
- Report any damage to the vehicle immediately.
- No smoking or alcohol inside the vehicle. Fine of ₹2,000 for violation.
- Keep the vehicle clean. Extra cleaning charges of ₹500 for excess mess.
- Inform us of any change in itinerary at least 2 hours in advance.
6. Liability & Insurance
- All vehicles are fully insured as per Indian law.
- Customer is liable for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
- Company not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
- Lost items: We'll assist in recovery but not responsible for lost belongings.
7. Party Vehicle Specific Terms
- Maximum capacity must not be exceeded for safety.
- Decoration must be removed by the customer or charges apply.
- No firecrackers or hazardous materials inside the vehicle.
- Security deposit of ₹2,000-5,000 for party vehicles (refundable after inspection).
